I moved to the Chicago area, from Haiti, in October 1971 and I have been here since.  Chicago is a great place to live.  I always felt whatever you can find somewhere else, you can also find here.  I graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's of Science in May 1997.  I never dreamt of becoming an author, but for me, it always seemed to be someone else's dream.

I love to read and that is generally how far as it goes; for the last few years, however, the dream to become an author also became my dream, because whenever a story comes to mind, I have to write it down.   I have written three adults fiction books, Jilted, which is already published and I am ready to market the other manuscripts as well.  I also wrote numerous children's fiction books, Wish You Were Here was released in December 2009.  The two books mentioned previously are also listed on this site.  There is a link to a short description of each.  Feel free to access them to discover more about them.

My collection of poems can be found in the Journal Possibilities published by the DuPage Writers Group.
